As a Cap film student, Keli brought some precious experience as a DGC permittee, so she had some life skills to draw from and share. After school, jobs as a producers assistant on X-Men II and director’s assistant for Keenan Ivory Wayans, among others, enabled her to capitalize on her networking survival skills and work on her own projects at the same time. I have just finished the Self Employment program and am developing workshops for actors and film industry people to learn stress and coping skills for balance, and maintaining health and boundaries while working in the biz — I am also one of the producers for the Tom Todoroff acting workshop and am currently shopping a screenplay.
