As a Cap film student, Keli brought some precious experience as a DGC permittee, so she had some life skills to draw from and share. After school, jobs as a producers assistant on X-Men II and director’s assistant for Keenan Ivory Wayans, among others, enabled her to capitalize on her networking survival skills and work on her own projects at the same time.
